  • The Awesome Foundation Disability Grant | The Awesome Foundation | accept submissions between the 1st and the 15th of every month – Launched in April 2017, Awesome Disability is an independent chapter of the Awesome Foundation, a global community that provides micro-grants with no strings attached. The trustees of Awesome Disability are people with disabilities that want to support ideas and projects in our community.
  • Access Microfund | Remake Learning, No Deadline (offers small funds to pay for special accommodations, important to note “This is not a grant but a reimbursement. For planning purposes, you must apply before you spend the money for the accommodation.”)

  • Creative Learning Funding | The Heinz Endowments | Deadline is Twice Annually – Applications are reviewed twice annually, with occasional exceptions for rapid response needs. In a typical calendar year, the fall deadline is August 1st 2023. (Spring deadline will be February 15 2024)

  • Artist Housing | The Ohringer | The Ohringer has been developed with the goal of working closely with the Braddock community towards rebirth, and offers Artist Housing in a revitalized building in Braddock.
  • 2-1-1 Program | United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania. Not everyone can work from home, or stock up on groceries. If you (or someone you know) needs help meeting basic needs, please reach out to 2-1-1 or visit pa211sw.org to chat with a resource navigator or search for local resources.
